“LOVE” Letters

At the start of the pandemic in 2020, The Store closed to all but curbside pickup orders for the cafe. As a way to show love and appreciation to our customers, community, and staff, we created a window collage of photos and displayed them across the front of the building. The collage was made of printed photos and cardboard cut to fit each image, arranged together and hung in the window.

Wall of MUsic

For the International Bluegrass Music Association’s annual conference, Gina created a wall of records: 45s strung together and attached to a painted PVC frame to form a photo op at the conference. The piece had to be portable (it fit entirely in a small suitcase), stable, and easy to put up and take down. We partnered with Virginia Tourism at the event and added The “Virginia is for Music Lovers” logo to the photo op. It was a popular spot in the exhibition hall!
